The MLS Listing Process Explained:


When you choose FlatFeeReal.Estate, here’s what happens:

Initial Setup: You'll give me a tour of your home which will help me craft a property description. I'll then produce the media to build a compelling MLS listing. (What is MLS?)

 

Listing on MLS: I'll then list your property on the MLS, which is the main platform real estate agents use to find homes for their clients. This listing will also syndicate to all the agent's personal websites along with popular real estate websites like Zillow, Realtor, Trulia, etc, increasing your property's visibility.

 

Maintaining Your Listing: You can update your listing as needed, ensuring that all information stays current and attractive to buyers.
